Be On the Radio with European Travel Guru, Rick Steves!

European travel guru, Rick Steves, has his own radio program and periodically interviews ordinary travelers, like you and me, for the show.  So if you've traveled to Europe, now's your chance to become a radio personality (or at least get a few minutes of "fame.").

Rick will be conducting phone interviews from Thursday, January 14th through Wednesday, January 20th.  (Click here for a complete list of interview topics, the interview recording schedule, and information on how you can participate).

If you want to be interviewed, you should plan to stand by a landline telephone at the time Rick's staff tells you to wait for his call.  (Alas, when he interviewed me about four years ago, it had to be done over my cell phone and the sound quality was so poor the interview never aired and I never got even 1 second of fame!).

If you won't be available to speak to Rick (who doesn't guarantee that he will be able to call each person who volunteers to be interviewed), are too shy to talk to him, or are already very famous, you can submit comments and questions related to a program topic that interests you and Rick may read those on the air.  You can also listen to live "Webcasts" as the interviews are conducted, and later listen to the "finished" show over the radio or via podcast.
